PRIVATE HOUSE
The total area of the private house with a rectangular floor plan and pitched roof is 418.3 m², and the dignified building is located on an 8615m² property with high greenery. The beautiful Vääna river runs through the back border of the property.

On the first floor of the house: there is an open gray living room, a kitchen-dining room, which makes up a total of 108m², a spacious entrance (15.7m²) and a separate wardrobe room (7m²).

The load-bearing structures of the building are designed on reinforced concrete, steel and wooden structures. The monolithic reinforced concrete pool and walls remain outside the building.
At the main entrance, there is a car shelter on the designed steel structure, which rests on a post foundation.
On the second floor, axis A has a cantilevered overhang supported by monolithic reinforced concrete walls. The roof structure is a wooden frame, which partly rests on steel frames and beams and stone block walls.

HEATING SYSTEM
The building uses ground-source heating as a heating system, the heating pipes are located under the floors and each room is individually adjustable. Solar heating is also integrated into the heating system.
Forced ventilation is used in the residence for air exchange, and geothermal heating is responsible for cooling. The building’s energy consumption corresponds to class A.
PROPERTY
