APARTMENT

UTILITIES AND RENTAL TERMS
The tenant will arrange their own internet and electricity contracts and is responsible for utility costs (approximately €110 in summer and €130 in winter). The apartment is rented through the Rendin platform, with a monthly fee of €16.25 – this replaces the traditional security deposit and offers protection for both parties.
Upon signing the contract, the following payments are required: Rent until the end of the first month, a real estate agency fee of €650 + 22% VAT, and a Rendin monthly fee of €16.25.

The apartment building is in an idyllic area with a newly completed (summer 2024) children’s playground, parks, and an outdoor gym right behind the building.
