A 4-room family apartment, located in the highly valued area on the border of Kadriorg and the city center, has become available for rent. The apartment is unfurnished and is currently undergoing a full renovation.
THE BUILDING
The building, where the apartment is located, once belonged to the famous Johannes Lorup, a glass manufacturer and founder of Estonia’s modern glass industry.
This is a renovated wooden log house with a plastered exterior, renovated in 2008.
During the renovation, the house was insulated, the roof was replaced, and the heating and electrical systems were updated.
In front of the house, there is a green area enclosed by a fence, and the house itself is located away from the road.
THE APARTMENT
The charm of this truly authentic Kadriorg apartment lies in its spaciousness and the details that have been preserved since the 1940s.
It is a high first-floor apartment. The apartment features 3-meter-high ceilings with rounded edges and wooden floors. Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by a living room reminiscent of a real ballroom, spacious enough for a large family sofa and, for example, a separate work area.
The kitchen is semi-separated but still open enough to ensure the desired spaciousness. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
From the living room, you can access two bedrooms, both of which are sufficiently roomy. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes.
It is essentially a 4-room apartment, as, in addition to the two large bedrooms, there is an extra room that can be used as needed.
The apartment has a separate toilet and bathroom.
On the basement floor, there is a sauna, a shower area, and a storage room.
The apartment has its own gas boiler and one parking space in a closed yard.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in the greenery-filled Kadriorg area, a very well-connected location. Within walking distance are various kindergartens (the nearest is a 2-minute walk away), Tallinn University, Tallinn 21st School, Police Park, Central Market, various sports and fitness clubs, Kadriorg Park, and the passenger port.
Additionally, nearby are entertainment, culture, the wonderful Old Town, the charm of Kadriorg Park, various cafes, and restaurants.
A bus and tram stop are about 100 meters away, providing convenient transport connections to other parts of the city.
