Manufaktuur i 7 houses are being built in the Manufaktuur quarter in the north of Tallinn. The developer of the building will be Hepsor and the construction will be carried out by Mitt & Perlebach. The building is designed by Molumba architects and the interior design is by LÄVI interior architects.
