ARCHITECTURE

The façade of the building has preserved its early classicist design from the end of the 18th century, its classicist street façade corresponds to 1820-1825. years of survey drawings. The property is located in the western part of Toompea, in a former moat surrounding a small fortress. HISTORY OF THE BUILDING

The model of Erik Dahlberg (1625–1703) in 1683 shows a small rectangular building, the longer side of which runs along the street line. The fire in the summer of 1684 did not leave the building of Toom-Kooli 7 untouched. The property in question was probably built in the late 18th century. First a street building and then a courtyard building. The building against the city wall was probably built in the 19th century. The courtyard facade and interior plan of the street house have been partially modified based on a project from 1920–1921.
