The house was built in 2022 from high-quality materials. The exterior walls of the house are made of Bauroc Ecoterm 500 blocks, the parts lined with boards are from Bauroc Ecoterm 375 blocks + 50 mm mineral wool, the floors and ceilings are made from concrete panels.
The inner walls are 150 mm thick (double plasterboard + 100 mm mineral wool).
The windows of the house are triple-glazed plastic windows with UV protection.
Only high-quality materials have been used in the interior finishing.
An occupancy permit has been issued for the house.
Heating and ventilation
Even and cozy heat is ensured by the water floor heating on both floors, the heating source of which is a geothermal heat pump. The average cost of electricity (utility electricity + heating + hot water) is approx. 110 euros in summer and approx. 330 euros in winter.
Fresh air and a suitable indoor climate are ensured by the A+ energy class ventilation device Vallox 145 MV connected to the geothermal heat pump, which allows preheating the supply air and cooling it in summer. The device has a built-in humidity and CO₂ sensor, and the parameters can be set from a smart device and from a computer.
Property
The size of the sunny and spacious property open to the afternoon/evening sun is 1,506 m².
Fruit trees and decorative trees have been planted on the property according to the landscaping project.
Rohuvälja tee is a private street with new modern private houses and is only used by residents.
