One-room studio apartment. Furnished. Equipped with dishes, a stove, and other essentials. Peaceful neighbors and an ideal location. The building is located on the slope between Kadriorg Park and the Lasnamäe district and is accessible by public transport, car, bicycle, and on foot.
Directly across the street from the apartment building is the beautiful Kadriorg Palace with a large park, swan pond, and Japanese garden, KUMU Art Museum, and romantic cafes and restaurants. Near the walking path, there is the sea and the coastal road connecting the city center and Pirita through Kadriorg Park, which also has a bike and rollerblading path as well as several swimming beaches.
The most direct route from Tallinn city center is via Narva Road and through Kadriorg Park to the end of Weizenbergi Street (approximately 35 minutes on foot, 20 minutes by bike). Buses:
Estonia – Kivisilla – Kumu: nr 31, 67, 68. From the stop, go up the stairs and to the right.
Viru Center Bus Terminal – J. Poska: nr 1a, 8, 29, 34a, 35, 38, 44, 51.
Männiku – Vabaduse Square – Viru – J. Poska: nr 5.
Veerenni – Bus Station – Kumu (next to the museum): nr 39.
**Utility Costs:**
– Summer: approximately 40 €
– Winter: approximately 80 €
**Upon signing the contract, the following must be paid:**
– First month’s rent in advance: 350 €
– Contract fee: 350 € + VAT
– Security deposit: 350 € (if using the Rendin.ee service, no security deposit is required)
The landlord of this apartment uses the Rendin (www.rendin.ee) rental contract convenience service, which exempts the tenant from paying a security deposit and provides insurance for unexpected loss of income, such as redundancy or serious health issues. The tenant also has liability insurance coverage, which helps cover more expensive accidents involving the owner’s property.
Start renting your new home with significantly lower upfront costs – the security deposit is replaced with a very small monthly fee – 2.5% of the monthly rent. For a 350-euro monthly rent, the fee for the tenant is 8.75 €.
