APARTMENT: 1-room, newly renovated, the apartment is located on the first floor of a wooden house. The interior design of the apartment is very practical, there are functional storage places for various things. The space solution allows you to live comfortably and use a home office at the same time. The apartment has an open kitchen with a living room, a separate sleeping niche with a wide bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. THE HOUSE The house, built in 1935, is planned appropriately for the area, and the modern look is connected with modern interior solutions.
UTILITY COSTS The tenant pays rent (€500), utilities (€50 in summer / €110 in winter) and water and electricity according to consumption. The apartment is heated by the gas boiler in the house, and the temperature can be adjusted on the radiators.
PARKING It is possible to park in the yard for free.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS The house is logistically located in a very good Kassisaba/Kesklinna area, where the city center, grocery stores, various eateries, parks, and green areas are nearby. Everything you need for life is within walking distance. Excellent connection to all parts of the city. There are several public transport stops near the house (“Endla” and “Tõnismäe”).
The tenant chooses the Internet and TV service provider himself.
A tenant who does not smoke, does not have pets and wants to sign a lease for at least one year is welcome.
