GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
Manufaktuur i 7 houses are being built in the Manufaktuur quarter in the north of Tallinn. UNIQUE LOCATION
The quarter is easy to find for both client and employee: it is well connected to the center of Tallinn and other parts of the city. Pedestrians and cyclists can reach the location via low-traffic roads or from nearby bus and streetcar stops. For cars, there are three convenient entrances from Silet, Sitsi and Copley Streets, and almost all parking is underground, making the neighborhood truly people-friendly.

The developer of the building will be Hepsor and the construction will be carried out by Mitt & Perlebach. The building is designed by Molumba architects and the interior design is by LÄVI interior architects.
