APARTMENT
1-room, newly renovated and furnished, the apartment is located on the fourth floor of a panel house. The apartment is bright and warm. The apartment has a kitchen, bedroom, living room/bedroom, bathroom with toilet, hallway and storage room inside the apartment. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the back of the house. The kitchen has everything you need for comfortable living – kitchen furniture with appliances (gas stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and sanitary ware). The bathroom has sanitary ware and a new washing machine. The walls of the rooms are painted, the floors are covered with laminate and the bathroom has ceramic tiles.
HOUSE
The roof was repaired and the heating system was updated during the renovation, the staircase is in good condition and clean.
UTILITIES
The tenant pays rent (500€), utilities (40€ in summer / 90€ in winter) and water and electricity according to consumption.
PARKING AND STORAGE
Parking is free in front of and around the house. There is a storage room in the basement of the house.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The house is located in a very good area logistically, with kindergartens, schools, grocery stores and various eateries. There is a children’s playground on the lawn in front of the house. Everything you need for life is within walking distance. Excellent connection to the city center and other districts. There are several public transport stops near the house.
The tenant chooses the Internet and TV service provider himself.
A tenant who does not smoke and does not have pets is welcome.

The landlord of this apartment uses the Rendin (www.rendin.ee) lease agreement convenience service, which exempts the tenant from paying a deposit and provides unexpected loss of income insurance – in the event of redundancy and serious health problems.
The tenant also has liability insurance protection, which helps to compensate for more expensive accidents that have happened to the owner’s property.
Start renting your new home with significantly lower start-up costs – the deposit has been replaced by a small monthly fee – 4% of the monthly rent. For a monthly rent of €500, the monthly fee for the tenant is €20.
