ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

RENTAL TERMS

The tenancy agreement is concluded through the Rendin platform, which means that a traditional security deposit is not required.

LOCATION

The apartment is located in the Torupilli district, offering convenient access to both the city centre and the Kadriorg area. Torupilli Selver, public transport stops (tram and bus approximately 250–350 metres away) and everyday amenities are all nearby. The city centre is about a 10-minute walk away, Kadriorg Park 12 minutes and the Reidi Road promenade approximately 15 minutes away.
