About Me
I entered the real estate field in 2020 with the goal of gaining an in-depth understanding of the industry. In a short time, I have acquired more knowledge and experience than many agents do over the course of years – having worked both as an agent at Uus Maa’s headquarters and as a certified real estate valuer.
As a valuer, I gained deep insight into how market prices are formed, which details in documentation are crucial, and how property values are determined. As an agent, I can apply this knowledge for the benefit of my clients – acting as an advisor who sees the bigger picture and provides reliable support in every real estate transaction.
I am also the creator of the newsletter www.kinnisvarakagu.ee, where I share market overviews and insights.
