The residents shovel snow and mow the lawn themselves.

The house is located behind Hiiu Pub. Street traffic does not enter the apartment.

HEATING AND ANNUAL COSTS

We are looking for a decent and long-term tenant who does not smoke in the room. An agreement must be reached regarding pets!
