A furnished one-room studio apartment is available for rent in the developing Kopli area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer and a ceramic hob. The apartment is furnished with a sofa bed and a desk. The bathroom includes a washbasin, a bathtub, a washing machine, and a toilet.
UTILITY COSTS
Utility costs (including electricity, heating, and water) are approximately €120 per month throughout the year.
LOCATION
The building is located in close proximity to Bekker and Meeruse harbours and offers a very convenient location. There is plenty of greenery in the area, and the house is situated next to the Kopli Cemetery Park. The sea is just a few minutes’ walk away, where the city is planning a new promenade. Fast and convenient public transport connections to the city centre, Kristiine, Telliskivi, and Sõle. A public transport stop is only two minutes away from the building.
RENTAL TERMS
To move in, the following payments are required:
1 month’s rent — €300
Security deposit — €300
Agency fee — €300 + VAT*
Total: €974.
It is also possible to use a Rendin.co rental agreement. The Rendin contract releases the tenant from the security deposit requirement, makes document handling convenient, and reduces risks related to the rental relationship. A monthly Rendin service fee of €12* is added to the rent payment.
