APARTMENT
Entering the apartment, you are welcomed into a spacious, two-story furnished cozy home. The tenant will have access to all the furniture shown in the pictures, as well as essential household appliances for everyday living. If desired, the tenant may also keep the TV and smaller kitchen appliances. The layout of the rooms is unique, and all windows face the back of the building, where no cars pass, making the apartment very quiet.

On the first floor of the apartment, you will find the hallway, bathroom, and an open kitchen-living room area. The second floor has an office corner, bedroom, and another bathroom.

THE BUILDING AND PARKING
The building has quiet and peaceful residents, and there is an active homeowners’ association.

There is parking space available for both residents and visitors. There are free spots both in front of the building and in the parking lot at the beginning of the pedestrian path behind the house.

HEATING AND VENTILATION
The rooms are kept warm by gas-powered radiators. The bathrooms also have electric underfloor heating. The summer utility costs, including water and electricity, are approximately 140 euros, while winter costs are around 190 euros.

The apartment has both natural ventilation and an air conditioning unit for the hotter summer days.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The apartment is located in a very convenient area – the green surroundings of Nõmme. While being close to nature, it is also within easy reach of grocery stores, as well as train and bus stops. The nearest bus stop is just 90 meters away, and the train station is 350 meters away. The Rimi grocery store is only a one-minute walk. The city center is just a 17-minute drive away.
