PARKING
Parking is available in the courtyard. One parking space is allocated to the apartment on a notional basis. Parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
FURNISHINGS AND APPLIANCES
The apartment is rented with the furniture shown in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and extractor hood. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Long-term tenants are preferred (ideally for at least 1–2 years).
• Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the common areas of the building.
• Pets are generally not allowed. Exceptions may be considered by agreement.
RENTAL TERMS
Upon signing the lease agreement, the first month’s rent of €495 and an agency fee of €495 + 24% VAT must be paid. The total amount due is €1,108.80.
A monthly Rendin service fee applies in accordance with Rendin’s pricing.
The tenancy agreement is concluded through the Rendin platform, which means that a traditional security deposit is not required.

The apartment is located in the Torupilli district, offering convenient access to both the city centre and the Kadriorg area. Torupilli Selver, public transport stops (tram and bus approximately 250–350 metres away) and everyday amenities are all nearby. The city centre is about a 10-minute walk away, Kadriorg Park 12 minutes and the Reidi Road promenade approximately 15 minutes away.
