In July Uus Maa Real Estate Office started the sale of luxury real estate in one of the biggest Moroccan resorts – Mediterranean Saïdia located in Northern Morocco. Uus Maa is the official representative of the project Le Jardin de Fleur both in the Baltic States and in Bulgaria.
Le Jardin de Fleur complex with the area of 700 ha covers 6 km idyllic coast and includes 11 resort centres with large villas, terraced houses and apartments. Luxury residences have air conditioners, marble floors, satellite television, Internet, high-quality kitchen equipment and Moroccan-style interior. The complex also includes 4- or 5-star hotels and all real estate owners can also use all hotel services. Every centre has its own restaurants, bars, swimming pools outside and inside, children pools, spas, gyms, tennis courts and other entertainment options. The project also includes three golf links with 18 holes each, a harbour with over 1,000 anchor places, a yacht club and a landing site for helicopters. In the commercial centre Medina over 500 trademarks are represented.
According to the foreign real estate consultant of Uus Maa Real Estate Office Marge Ambos, it is a good investment opportunity as the complex is designed especially for renting out. There are several favourable factors such as strategic location, construction quality and the position on the firmly developing market. The closest international airport Oujda is located only 40 min away and flights to London, Paris and Madrid last 3, 2 and 1 hours accordingly. Up till now it has been a very successful project – among other clients, who are mainly English, also football stars John Terry, Gary Neville and Rio Ferdinand have purchased real estate there.
Large-scale development project, in which over one billion euros have been invested, is a part of the tourism promotion plan Vision 2010 created by the Moroccan king Mohammad VI. The strategy comprises, in addition to Le Jardin de Fleur another 5 resort regions on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean and with the help of a 9-billion-dollar investment it is planned to increase the annual number of tourists to 10 million people already by the year 2010. In 2007 the number of tourists visiting Morocco grew by 13% reaching 7.4 million people.
The project development company is an international enterprise Property Logic, which is owned, in addition to the Estonian – Margus Reinsalu, by an Englishman Sean Cusack and Dutchman Joop Huisman. One of the partners is also Radisson Hotels & Resorts, which, according to Sean Cusack, with its international experience and quality level, shares their vision of creating a world-class tourism location in Saïdia.
