Before entering the world of real estate, I viewed buildings from a slightly different perspective. Working in construction taught me an important lesson early on, what looks impressive on paper doesn't always hold up structurally over time. Later, while leading service teams and training people, I realized something even more vital, relationships between people are far more complex and valuable than the buildings themselves.
