It is also possible to consider dividing the cadastral unit into two plots for detached houses.
2. A detailed plan is required for the construction of a new residential building or for the expansion of the existing building by more than 33% of its originally planned volume.
3. If more than one residential unit is planned on the cadastral unit, access to at least one of them must be provided from Annuse tee.
4. If the existing residential building is intended to be demolished, the construction of new buildings must comply with the requirements set out in the applicable comprehensive plans.
