Ventilation is provided by apartment-based units with heat recovery and electric air heating. Energy efficiency requirements are not applied, as the building is under heritage protection.

The apartment is equipped with water-based underfloor heating, room-specific temperature control and a cooling system that allows the indoor climate to be adjusted according to the season. Heat recovery ventilation ensures a constant supply of fresh air.
