RENTAL TERMS:
Tenants who value cleanliness and order are welcome. Please note that pets are not allowed.
Rent: 625€/month, plus utilities.
Upon signing the contract:
Advance payment of the current month’s rent.
Security deposit equal to one month’s rent. The rental agreement can be concluded through Rendin, in which case no security deposit is required.
Agency fee equal to one month’s rent + VAT.
Monthly utility costs and any additional services used by the tenant will be added to the rent.
