The house is rented only for a long term, minimum lease period 2 years.
Rent: 2200€/month, plus utilities.
Upon signing the contract:
Advance payment of the current month’s rent.
Security deposit equal to two months’ rent.
Agency fee equal to one month’s rent + VAT.
Monthly utility costs and any additional services used by the tenant will be added to the rent.
