The cottage is heated by an air heat pump, electric radiators, fireplace in the living room and stove in the kitchen.
Electricity, central water and central sewage.
There is a refrigerator. You must bring your own washing machine. Practically unfurnished. The house is fenced. There is a decent and spacious greenhouse in the large garden.
We are looking for responsible people to rent who are ready to keep the household in order and mow the lawn in the yard during the rental period. We are looking for a long-term tenant.
1 month rent 850 € + electricity consumption.
Deposit – 850 € (1 month rent)
Contract fee – 850 € + VAT.
Reasonable additional costs.
In winter (January 2026) costs for a large family approx. €400:
