This 2-room apartment is situated on 7th floor. It has an open kitchen equipped with a fridge, a stove, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is also some tableware left for tenants to use. A good-sized table is suitable for both dining and home office. Folding sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed. Supposed the spacious built-in wardrobe in the bedroom remains too small for your belongings, there is a small storage room on 1st floor one can keep sporting goods and/or off-season things in.
In order to keep the place clean, there is a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine in the bathroom. Both rooms have blackout curtains so one could catch a good night’s sleep even during the lightest Estonian nights. Great possibility to enjoy evening sun on the balcony. The apartment has a floor heating and a heat recovery ventilation. All the furniture and equipment seen on the pictures will remain in the apartment.
One covered parking space next to the building is made available to the tenants.
New-Mustamäe is a fast growing modern living area with well developed infrastructure. Good public transportation connections to other parts of the city can be easily reached. Mustika Center with Prisma supermarket and several other stores and services is located right around the corner. Cinema and places to eat are only a short walk away in Mustamäe Center. Both Centers provide also sporting possibilities.
Non-smokers with no pets and a lease for at least 1 year are preferred as tenants. In addition to the rental price of the apartment, there are reasonable monthly utility costs which were ca 110 € in July 2025 and ca 145 € in February 2025 with 2 people living in the flat.
Upon concluding the lease agreement, the tenant pays the 1st month’s rent, a deposit in the amount of 1 month’s rent and the broker’s commission in the amount of 1 month’s rent + 24% VAT.
