The house is built on a low foundation, the outer walls are made of 200 mm of Columbia block, on top of which 200 mm of insulation is installed. The suspended ceilings and the roof are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete. Load-bearing internal walls are 200 mm and non-load-bearing walls are made of 100-200 mm of small blocks. The outer walls are mostly covered with decorative tiles, partially plastered.

HEATING AND VENTILATION
A high-quality air-water heating system will be installed, the villa has a water floor heating system with forced circulation. The temperature can be adjusted room-based. In addition, forced ventilation with Systemair heat recovery will be installed, and the house also has air conditioning. There will be connections to install solar panels if wished.

PARKING
