The furniture in the pictures will remain in the apartment.
The house is located close to the bus stop and the grocery store Selver and Lidl (new store).
CONDITION
The house and staircases have been renovated.
The windows have been replaced. The staircase is locked, with an intercom.
The apartment is in good to average condition, clean.
Kitchen appliances: electric stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine; microwave, kettle and toaster.
The bed in the bedroom is 140 cm wide.
PARKING
It is possible to park 1 car in front of the house (if there are spaces). The house’s parking lot is closed with a barrier, opened with a remote control.
COSTS
The monthly rent includes utility and electricity bills.
For example, January 2025 €152 and August 2024 €120 (electricity is added according to your own usage, e.g. January was €17).
Upon signing the contract, you must pay:
– 1st month’s rent €490
– deposit €490
– agency commission €490 + VAT).
