A fully furnished one-room apartment in an excellent location, situated on the fourth floor of a five-storey apartment building.
Both design and practicality have been carefully considered when furnishing the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped for comfortable living and includes a sofa bed, table, and wardrobe.
The kitchenette offers everything needed for cooking: an electric stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, and a practical work surface.

BUILDING
The building is a solid stone construction built in 1961 and managed by an active apartment association. The roof has been replaced and insulated, and the water pipes and electrical wiring have been renewed. Stairwells have been renovated and are clean. Exterior doors have been replaced, and an intercom system with video surveillance has been installed. A new waste disposal building is also planned in the near future.
PARKING
Free parking is available around the building.
UTILITY COSTS
Reasonable utility costs: approximately €30–40 in summer and €60–70 in winter.
Water and electricity are charged according to consumption.
WiFi is included in the utility costs.
SURROUNDINGS / TRANSPORT
The building is located in a highly convenient and well-connected area. Nearby are several kindergartens and schools, as well as many opportunities for walking, sports, and leisure activities (Pae Park, Padel+KAWE, Kadriorg, Lasnamäe Sports Complex, etc.).
A Maxima grocery store is located right next to the building, and several major shopping centres are close by, including T1, Ülemiste Centre, and Sikupilli Centre.
A tram stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, offering fast and convenient access to the city centre.
