APARTMENT
Tastefully furnished studio apartment ready for immediate move-in. The floors of the cozy apartment are covered with light colored laminate parquet. The walls are white. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for life. There is a separate sleeping room, which is located on the second floor when you go up the stairs, but this room can only be used for sleeping and storing things, because the height between the floor and the ceiling is about 140 cm. (The area of this room is not included in the overall 30m2 total area. The spacious living room has a brand new sofa, a small coffee table and a higher dining table with two chairs. The kitchen side has a smaller refrigerator, a small induction stove and a sink. There is a lot of natural daylight here thanks to the large number of windows.
The advantage of the apartment is that there is also a personal washing machine in the nice shower room. When entering the apartment, there is a long hallway with two windows towards the courtyard. It is possible to add a small table under the window in the hallway where you can work, study or meditate if necessary.
PARKING
There are parking spaces for residents in the yard of the house.

HEATING SYSTEM
The heating source for the room heater is an air source heat pump, which can be adjusted according to your needs. Hot water with an electric boiler. The apartment has forced ventilation in both the kitchen and the bathroom, which ensures the necessary air circulation. Windows, plumbing and wiring have been replaced.
EXPENSES
The utility costs are around 50 – 60 € throughout the year, electricity and water used by yourself are added.

LOCATION
Several cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the residence, and the Balti Jaama market is just around the corner. A few minutes away is the acclaimed Telliskivi Loomelinnak.
