Maakri 36 is a residential high-rise located in the heart of Tallinn on Maakri Street. The 19-storey building was completed in 2003 and has an architectural height of 71.5 m. It was one of the first buildings in Tallinn’s high-rise district.
The building is in very good condition, with clean and well-maintained common areas. The entrance door is locked and opens via an intercom system. The building has two elevators. The apartment association is active, and renovation works began in 2024.
