HOUSE
The apartment building has been designed by architects Martin Aunin and Marti Kahu in a uniform modern context. The house was completed in 2015 under the name of Kalaranna arendus. The apartment buildings belonging to the building complex of the same development form a complete environment in the form of a closed territory, which also has a children’s playground.
APARTMENT AND PLANNING
Modern but cosy.
The layout of the apartment is simple, entrance hall, kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and toilet/bathroom. The cosy balcony is larger than average and overlooks the evening sun. The lighting solution of the whole apartment is well thought out. The bathroom has a discreet storage room where all the bathroom stuff and machines can be hidden away. All furniture with kitchenware and kitchen appliances shall be included. There is no storage outside the apartment.
HEATING AND VENTILATION
The apartment has central heating, underfloor heating, and apartment-based forced ventilation with high heat recovery.
PARKING
The possibility of using two parking spaces under the apartment building are included to the apartment and in the rental price.
EXPENSES
Utility costs are reasonable and can be checked on site.

The rent for the first month is 1450 euros, deposit 1450 euros and brokerage fee 1450 euros + km.
Monthly rent is 1450 euros + utility costs.
LOCATION
Kalaranna kodu is located in the most popular residential area of Tallinn – in Kalamaja near the sea, in the immediate vicinity of Seaplane Harbour and Patarei Maritime Museum. Next to the renovated Kalaranna Street, where there is both a light traffic road and bus stops. The buildings are located in Kalamaja, next to the Vana-Kalamaja Street, which is planned as a “shopping street”, within walking distance of the Old Town.
