Antique decorative elements and statues date back to the 17th-19th centuries. century, the openings are decorated with antique 17-19th century carved shutters with wrought iron fittings and antique teak columns from the 17-19th century.
The floors are covered with natural stone (Golden Sienna) on the first floor and plank parquet (extremely durable precious wood Garibbean Goa) on the second floor. The washrooms have English-style plumbing, surrounded by natural stone (Golden Sienna) and rare century-old elements.
Among all the unique elements, it is worth highlighting the century-old teak swing located between the living room and the SPA, which can be used by both older and younger family members.
The exterior facade of the building uses a combination of plaster, natural stone Albino Srips and Parklex panels. The front door of the private house is an original teak palace door from the 17-19th century.
COMMUNICATIONS
The building uses local gas heating (based on water pipes) as its heat source, and fresh air exchange is ensured by a ventilation system with heat recovery. The building’s operating costs are very economical.

Kimsi tee is located in Viimsi and is a secluded private and beautiful seaside area, where exceptionally magnificent private houses are its neighbors. The area is fenced off to ensure maximum security and privacy for all residents. Only 15 minutes from the center of Tallinn, the journey home along the seashore is pure pleasure every day.
