A new stock-office project will be completed at Betooni põik 8 by the end of 2025.
The offered warehouse is located on the first floor and has a size of 86.7 m². On the layout, it is designated as unit number 9 and includes a WC and a sink.
Convenient and energy-efficient solution:
The building has gas heating, and the warehouses are equipped with air heaters.
Additionally, there is an air-to-water heat pump operating on electricity.
Solar panels are installed on the roof of the building.
The building is designed as a smart system that automatically regulates the most cost-effective heating method.
Currently, the front part of the building is planned to have showrooms on the first and second floors, offices on the second floor, and high warehouses spanning two floors.
At this stage, customization is possible according to the client’s needs. You can choose the size and layout of the premises, and various technical solutions (such as sand-oil separators in the floor, cranes, etc.) can be conveniently incorporated into the design.
NB! In addition to the warehouse, office space is available on the second floor. The available office sizes range between 73–346 m².
