About Me
I am the Founder and Partner of Uus Maa Loond and a real estate agent with professional property valuation experience. I help clients make informed real estate decisions by combining market-based pricing, a well-planned sales strategy and professional transaction management.
I have been working in the real estate industry since 2020. Between 2021 and 2023, I worked as a Certified Junior Property Valuer, which gave me an in-depth understanding of how the market value of real estate is determined, which factors influence price and what risks may affect the successful completion of a transaction.
As a real estate agent, I use this knowledge for the benefit of every client. My work goes far beyond publishing a property listing. I develop a tailored sales strategy for each property, help determine a realistic market price, highlight the property’s strengths, manage marketing and negotiations, and represent the client throughout the entire sales process until the notarial transaction is completed.
I have completed more than 100 real estate transactions and was awarded 3rd place in the Uus Maa Real Estate Agent of the Year competition in both 2024 and 2025. Since 1 November 2025, I have been the Founder and Partner of Uus Maa Loond.
I am also the creator and author of Kinnisvarakägu. Through Kinnisvarakägu, I share practical knowledge about property pricing, sales and real estate investing, and analyse market opportunities and risks through real-life properties and transactions.
I regularly write real estate market overviews for Anijauudised.ee, covering Anija Parish, and contribute articles about the Haabersti property market to the Haabersti district newspaper.
I primarily work in Tallinn and Harju County, with a particular focus on Tallinn, Kehra and Anija Parish. I provide services in Estonian, English and Russian.
My goal is to be a trusted partner who helps clients make the right decisions, recognise the true potential of a property and guide the entire transaction with confidence, transparency and a strong focus on results.
