About Me
In 2004, I graduated from the Estonian University of Life Sciences, majoring in real estate planning and appraisal.
From 2004 to 2007 I worked for Uus Maa Kinnisvarahaldus.
In 2007, I started as a broker of residential premises at Uus Maa Tartu office.
Since 2009, I am the sales manager of residential premises at Uus Maa Tartu office, and a member of the board since 2012.
My scope of work:
Organisation of sales of residential premises.
Consultations on real estate.
Representation and sale of development projects.
Sales of property in common ownership and establishment of conditions of use.
Transactions with foreigners.
Sales of estate.
Assets for compulsory sale – cooperation with bailiffs and trustees in bankruptcy.
I am a member of Estonian Chamber of Real Estate Agents since 2009.
