About Me

I joined the great team of Uus Maa in autumn 2012. It happened after 17 years of sales career in two consecutive large companies (AS Ekspress Hotline and AS Äripäev). Those years gave me invaluable experience in complicated and educating negotiations with various types of people – I can now apply it all with great success in my real-estate work, which is my passion!
My area of work at Uus Maa is Northern Tallinn – a popular area with great perspective. I am very comfortable with it, as I have lived in Kalamaja myself for over 17 years and I love my neighbourhood.
In my work I value dedication, establishment and fulfilment of goals, planning of time, constant learning and the certainty that it is possible to find a solution also in the most difficult of situations! It goes without saying that I want to work my way up to be among the best and stay there. I am convinced that if someone has an ability and has acquired skills, those must be used in the best possible way.
I can confidently say that I am lucky to have my profession, my employer and all the great colleagues. I have several good role models at Uus Maa and I am extremely grateful to be able to learn from them. My mission is to be a motivating role model also for new real estate brokers. I am a lucky person because I love my work and for me every day is different from another. I get a lot of good energy out of situations where I have ensured the joy and satisfaction of clients by doing my best.
The best compliment from my clients is that I put my heart into what I do – because so it really is.
