I joined Uus Maa Kinnisvarabüroo in September 2011, and I feel privileged to be a member of this real estate family.
My previous work experience comes from advertising and communication industry. The 14 years I spent there have given me a strong foundation of knowledge and experience. I can apply it now at a totally new level. In a new area. With new people. I have participated in the creation of many well-known brands, and the launch of three of those have reached the final of the Marketing Achievement of the Year. I have also participated in launching international brands and planning marketing activities in the Baltic States. I think it is something that helps me bring a fresh spirit into the real estate marketing.
The purchase of real estate is probably the biggest and longest investment in every person’s life. The decision begins with definition of need. Personal experience from the buying and selling processes is something that people tell stories about. The stories remain. One of the tasks of real estate marketing is to create a basis that helps to turn the annoying and long process and the need to suppress the personal fears and insecurities into a great story, starting from the thought of a new home, looking at the options and selecting one until the moment of taking the first cake out of the oven.
