About Me
In my background, I have 15 years of sales experience in a family business and the same length of experience in the tourism and hotel sector. A particularly significant period was 10 years in Austria, where I built a hotel from scratch and managed it. This provided invaluable experience in property management and construction.
My practical experience is supported by a strong educational foundation: I studied mechanical engineering (TPI) and economics (TRÜ), later complementing my education with project management (EBS) and materials and circular economy (TalTech). Thanks to this, I am able to evaluate real estate both from a construction-technical perspective and an economic profitability standpoint.
I approach things with passion. My background in motorsports – from racer and mechanic to leading the Rallycross Committee – has taught me that details and speed are important, but strategy wins. In my free time, I enjoy alpine skiing and cycling.
My motto is: "If you want to become a master, learn from the masters!" For this reason, I highly value the professional team at Uus Maa.
