About Me
I am Gerda Rand - a real estate agent, sales professional, entrepreneur and investor. My job is to help people make decisions about their home in a confident, thoughtful and as smooth as possible way, whether it is selling, renting or buying a new home. It is important to me that the client feels supported, understood and well advised throughout the entire process.
I have 16 years of professional sales experience and have made over 30,000 sales presentations during my career. In addition, I have been a real estate investor for over 12 years and have been involved in investing for 16 years. I have several long- and short-term real estate investments in my own portfolio and with partners, which gives me a much broader and more practical view of real estate than just the role of a broker.
This experience helps me see real estate from the perspective of an owner, investor and entrepreneur. I believe that it is this versatile perspective that creates added value for clients and helps find solutions that are not only suitable for today, but also reasonable for the future.
In my work, I value honesty, authenticity and professionalism, and I consider it important that communication is clear, human and trustworthy.
In my free time, I value sports, self-development, reading and investing. They keep me fresh, determined and balanced as a person and also support me in my daily work. My goal is to be a broker who people come to not only for a transaction, but also because it is really good and safe to work with me.
