Tammsaare Health Center will be completed in mid-2026.
Tammsaare Health Center will be built next to Mustamäe Center, which is already the largest attraction in the area for approximately 150,000 people. The future tenants of the health center will benefit from the high foot traffic of potential clients. The commercial building and Mustamäe Center will be connected by a gallery, making it convenient to combine a visit to the health center with shopping or entertainment at the center.
The 6-story commercial building, located at the intersection of three city districts, is specifically designed as a health center, ensuring readiness for offering services in various fields of medicine.
• Medical spaces ranging from 20 to 1,100 m², with the option to rent an entire floor
• Separate entrance and elevator planned for the 5th and 6th floor spaces
• All rooms meet the requirements for providing healthcare services
• The building has two elevators, one of which is suitable for patient beds
• During the design phase, there is an opportunity to contribute to the layout and functionality of the spaces
• Parking – clients of the health center can park free of charge for 4 hours in the entire center’s parking area, and the health center staff can rent parking spaces next to the building

• The interior of the building will feature warm, natural tones to create a cozy and pleasant atmosphere for visitors to medical practices
The goal of the new health center is to bring together specialists from various fields into one building – in the heart of Mustamäe. The health center will host several family doctors, as well as some of the flagships of Estonian medicine, offering top-level diagnostics, analysis, and treatment capabilities – all conveniently available under one roof for the patient.
