About Me
My name is Andres Petsermägi, and since 2026 I have been working as a real estate agent at the Uus Maa Pärnu Kuninga office.
I spent part of my life living in Norway. This experience provided me with valuable international insight, strong foreign language skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds and with diverse expectations. In addition to my practical experience, I also graduated from the Norwegian University of Languages.
I believe that successful real estate transactions are built on professional expertise, accuracy, and reliability. Equally important is the human aspect. A good real estate agent knows how to listen carefully, understand a client's true needs, and explain even complex matters in a clear, calm, and easy-to-understand way.
Before entering the real estate industry, I worked in logistics. My daily responsibilities included advising clients, finding effective solutions, and providing professional customer service. This experience taught me precision, responsibility, and the ability to perform well even in situations where the best possible solution must be found quickly.
What I enjoy most about working as a real estate agent is the opportunity to combine strong communication skills, language proficiency, and a genuine passion for working with people. Selling, buying, or renting a property is rarely just a transaction—it is often an important milestone in a person's life. My goal is to be a reliable, attentive, and trustworthy partner for my clients throughout the entire process.
Successful cooperation begins with honest communication, attention to detail, and a calm, professional approach. I want every client to feel supported, well informed, and confident at every stage of the process. I approach my work with dedication and always strive to ensure that every real estate transaction is as clear, secure, and successful as possible.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time in nature, especially camping. I also enjoy reading and learning foreign languages. I am a great animal lover and value every opportunity to spend time with animals. One of my hobbies is cooking. I believe that, both in the kitchen and in real estate, the best results are achieved through dedication, creativity, and patience.
