The Pikk 47 building dates back to the 15th century and is one of the gems of the Old Town’s medieval architecture. Valuable medieval constructions and architectural details from different eras have been preserved.
The wonderfully decorated facade and front door with carvings date from the time of the building’s reconstruction in the 18th/19th century. The building was completely renovated in 2000 and there are only 6 apartments in the building.
This spacious, almost 90m2, 2-room apartment with high ceilings is located on the 2nd floor.
There is a pleasantly spacious living room and a smaller bedroom.
Interior design elements that emphasize the grandeur of the building have been preserved, such as doors, wallpapers that blend into the interior, timeless natural herringbone parquet, lighting fixtures and lighting decors, thick stone walls.
High windows overlook a quiet courtyard open to the sun. The windows offer a calm and eye-catching, especially enchanting view.
The kitchen window can be romantically opened to an inner corridor with a glazed roof.
The bathroom with bathtub is slightly behind the corner and is thus pleasantly separated from the rest of the apartment.
If desired, the apartment can be easily converted into a spacious 3-room apartment and spacious wardrobes can be added.
