A furnished 2-room apartment with a through-building layout is available for rent in the green surroundings of Mustamäe. The apartment is vacant and ready for immediate move-in.
All furniture and appliances shown in the photos will remain for the tenant’s use. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher for added convenience, and some kitchenware can also be included if desired. A large desk in the living room makes it easy to set up a home office. A cosy fireplace creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxing evenings. In the corridor between the rooms, there is a spacious storage area with a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom features a shower cabin with a steam sauna function and the option to use electric underfloor heating.
The sun rises on the bedroom side, while the evening sun can be enjoyed on the balcony at the front of the building (accessible from the living room). For very hot weather, a fan and a portable air conditioning unit are available for the tenant.
Parking is free in front of and next to the building, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tenants who are looking for at least a one-year lease and who value cleanliness and order are welcome. Basic communication skills in Estonian and/or English are required. Well-behaved pets are allowed.
Upon signing the lease agreement, the tenant is required to pay the first month’s rent, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, and the real estate agency fee (one month’s rent + VAT).
