APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the top floor of a five-story building – which means no one is stomping above your head and neighbors’ footsteps won’t disturb your peaceful home life.
If you value an active lifestyle, the absence of an elevator is not a drawback but an opportunity – you can get your steps and cardio workout just by taking the stairs home!
The apartment has a functional floor plan with an entrance hall, two bedrooms, a combined bathroom/WC, and a open-plan kitchen/living room. The larger bedroom has access to an enclosed balcony.
The apartment has district heating, central water supply and sewerage. Natural ventilation is in use, with an extractor fan in the wet room.
INTERIOR FINISH
Walls are covered with paint. The floors are finished with laminate parquet. The bathroom/toilet floor is covered with ceramic tiles.
The interior finish has been updated at different times, though some areas may need refreshing.
The kitchen includes fitted furniture with an electric stove/oven, extractor hood and refrigerator. In the bathroom, you can enjoy the comfort of a bathtub.
