LOCATION
The summer house is located in the small village of Kibuna, Saue municipality. Kibuna train station approx. 1 km, bus stop approx. 500 m.
Tallinn city centre approx. 42 km, Rummu quarry approx. 10 km. Laitse shop approx. 5 km.
PLOT
On the large plot there are two greenhouses, fruit trees and bushes. The plot has its own borehole, which supplies the summer house with water via an electric pump. There is a shared dug well with the neighbour on the boundary of the plot. There is also a roofed area where you can store garden tools and firewood. Next to the summer house there is a small pavilion where you can sit during rainy weather.
On the plot there is a two-storey sauna building, where the first floor is planned as a sauna, which is currently not built, and the second floor has an open bedroom which can be heated with a small fireplace. There is a project for building the sauna.
There is also a bio-toilet.
SUMMER HOUSE
Built from cinder blocks, two-storey, project and building permit from 2011. The summer house has a profile sheet roof, double-glazed windows. Partially fitted with exterior cladding but requires completion. The floors are covered with laminate.
On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a small bedroom, a kitchen with a wood-burning and electric stove. There is also a WC and shower. Hot water from an electric boiler. The shower and WC are not shown in the project and were built about 8 years ago. The summer house has a profile sheet roof, exterior cladding installed on half of the house. The second floor is unfinished.
The terrace and exterior stairs were built in 2022.
