THE HOUSE The house built in 1963 has been tidied up during the renovation, the staircase is in good condition and clean.
UTILITY COSTS The tenant pays rent (€365), utilities (summer approx. 70€/ winter approx. 150€) and water and electricity according to consumption. The apartment’s hot water comes from an electric boiler.
PARKING AND STORAGE SPACE Parking is free at the house and in the surrounding area. There is a storage room on the basement floor of the house.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS The house is logistically located in a very good area with grocery stores, various eateries, parks and green areas nearby. Everything necessary for life is within walking distance. There is a public transport stop near the house.
The tenant chooses the Internet and TV service provider himself.
A tenant who does not smoke, does not have pets and wants to sign a lease for at least one year is welcome.
Upon conclusion of the contract, the following must be paid:
