A new stock-office project will be completed at Betooni põik 8 by the end of 2025.
The offered space includes a warehouse on the first floor with a size of 226.7 m² and an office on the second floor with a size of 44 m². On the layout, the business units are designated as number 12 and include a WC and a sink.

Solar panels are installed on the roof of the building.
The building is designed as a smart system that automatically regulates the most cost-effective heating method.
Currently, the front part of the building is planned to have showrooms on the first and second floors, offices on the second floor, and high warehouses spanning two floors.
At this stage, customization is possible according to the client’s needs. You can choose the size and layout of the premises, and various technical solutions (such as sand-oil separators in the floor, etc.) can be conveniently incorporated into the design.
