BUILDING
The building is designed by architect Robert Natus and named as a building monument. The building is located at the intersection of Roosikrantsi street and Pärnu road, on a triangular property, due to which the building is V-shaped.
The 6-storey building with a clinker facade was renovated in 2003. The building has a new elevator, technical systems are replaced and public spaces are renovated.
The building is constructed on a low foundation, suspended ceilings are assembled with reinforced concrete and roofing material is sheet-metal- and rolling materials.

PLAN
