TECHNICAL INFORMATION
CONSTRUCTION AND EXTERIOR FINISH
The house is built on a low foundation with external walls made of 200 mm Columbia blocks, covered with 200 mm insulation. The ceilings and roof are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete. Load-bearing internal walls are 200 mm and non-load-bearing internal walls are 100-200 mm small blocks. The exterior walls are predominantly covered with decorative tiles, with some parts plastered.

HEATING AND VENTILATION
A high-quality air-to-water heating system is installed, with a forced circulation water underfloor heating system. The temperature can be adjusted for each room. Additionally, Systemair heat recovery ventilation and air conditioning are installed. The house is also prepared for the installation of solar panels.

PARKING
The property has parking spaces for two cars within the fenced yard.
