A new company is started, which is specialized to real estate investments. In the long run the company also plans to enter the property development field.<\/p>\n<p>Member of the Board Jaanus Laugus says that the price level on the market is very low and it&#8217;s the right time to make the best deals. However, not all properties will be bought \u2013 only the customers who&#8217;s priority is liquidity and who are in a hurry to sell.<\/p>\n<p>Uus Maa Invest will focus only on residential premises in the well settled areas of Tallinn, but if the price of an object has fallen remarkably then properties around Estonia might be bought.<\/p>\n<p>Mika Sucksdorff, the Executive Manager of Uus Maa, says that the spring has brought many foreign buyers and investors to Estonia. They sense the bottom of the market, therefore they&#8217;re willing to buy the best properties for a very low price and later sell them back to Estonians for a high price. Uus Maa wouldn&#8217;t want this to happen.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who is in a hurry to sell is advised to turn to one of the brokers of Uus Maa anywhere in Estonia or send the information about their property to the general e-mail address uusmaa&#64;uusmaa&#46;ee. Uus Maa as the leader of the property market believes that real estate is a smart investment and is willing to bare the risk of buying property. In the long run the company might develop into an investment fund that is open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt the moment we are planning to invest about 20 million kroons into Tallinn apartments.
