The heating system is based on an energy-efficient thermal heating system (Nibe heat pump) – the pump has a function that monitors the electricity market price if needed; there is floor heating system and the temperature can be adjusted room-based. In addition, there is a heat recovery ventilation system.
The house has a 51 m² heated garage for two cars, providing convenient parking during the winter cold and frost. On rainy days, you can enter the house dry, and in the summer, keep your cars sheltered from the sun. Additionally, there is a paved driveway in front of the house, which can accommodate parking spaces for two to three cars.
